
The SEC will stay at 18 league games and not expand to 20 during the 2025-26 college basketball season, a source told College Hoops Today on Monday.
An official decision was made earlier today.
College Hoops Today previously reported that the SEC was discussing expanding to 20 league games.
As of Monday, 14 of the SEC’s 16 teams were ranked in the Top 50 of the NET.
