The SEC is exploring the possibility of playing two conference games in December, a source with direct knowledge said on Sunday morning.
The league is expected to further the discussion in the upcoming days.
The SEC currently plays 18 conference games in total.
Six SEC teams — Kentucky, Tennessee, LSU, Florida, South Carolina, and Arkansas — are currently ranked in the ROTHSTEIN 45.
The Big 12/SEC Challenge remains on schedule for January 2021, according to a source.
