Maryland transfer Hakim Hart has committed to Villanova, he told College Hoops Today.
The 6-8 guard averaged 11.4 points and 4.1 rebounds last season.
“I just felt like Villanova was a good fit for me,” Hart said. “It’s close to home. They told me that they see me as a big guard in their system and that they’re going to use me as a playmaker.”
Villanova finished 17-17 last season in its first year under Kyle Neptune despite a plethora of injuries.
The Wildcats are now ranked 32nd in the ROTHSTEIN 45.
