
Kansas City transfer RayQuawndis Mitchell has committed to Penn State, he told College Hoops Today.
The 6-5 guard averaged 17.3 points last season.
“As soon as I got into the portal, the coaches at Penn State made me a priority,” Mitchell said. “They really took their time to make me feel wanted. It felt like a family.”
The Nittany Lions are entering their first season under Mike Rhoades.
