Florida and Miami will open the 2026-27 college basketball season on Nov. 2nd against each other in a neutral site game in Tampa, a source told College Hoops Today.
There is no timetable on an official announcement.
The Gators are the top team in the ROTHSTEIN 45 while the Hurricanes are currently 17th.
This is the second straight season that these two in-state rivals have met head-to-head as the Gators won last season’s meeting 82-68 on Nov. 16th, 2025.
