Duke transfer Sean Stewart has committed to Ohio State, he told College Hoops Today on Friday.
A former McDonald’s All-American, the 6-9 Stewart averaged 2.6 points and 3.2 rebounds last season and will have three years of eligibility remaining.
“I had a pre-existing relationship with Jake Diebler,” Stewart told College Hoops Today on Friday. “He recruited me out of high school. Ohio State has a bit of a hole at the power forward spot and that’s the role I see myself coming in and filling.”
Stewart joins Aaron Bradshaw (Kentucky), Micah Parrish (San Diego State), and Meechie Johnson in the Buckeyes’ transfer class.
Ohio State is currently ranked 15th in the ROTHSTEIN 45.
