BYU will play Villanova in a neutral site game at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on opening night of the 2025-26 season, multiple sources told College Hoops Today.
The game will serve as the college debut of BYU incoming freshman AJ Dybantsa, who’s the top ranked prospect in the 2025 class.
There is no timetable on an official announcement.
An official tip-off time is also TBD.
The Cougars are 8-2 in their first season under Kevin Young entering tonight’s game against Florida A&M while Villanova is 8-4 and will next play Creighton on Saturday in Omaha.
