Butler and SMU will begin a home-and-home series next season at Hinkle Fieldhouse, a source told College Hoops Today.
There will be a return game in Dallas during the 2025-26 season.
An official date is TBD.
There is also no timetable on an official announcement.
The Ponies are entering their first season under Andy Enfield.
