This is March!
That means it’s time for some end of season awards.
Check out below for an in-depth list of the top players in college basketball during the 2022-23 season, featuring the College Hoops Today National Player of the Year and our first, second, and third team All-Americans:
College Hoops Today National Player of the Year
Zach Edey, Purdue: Edey separated himself for this award early in the season and has never looked back. Many people wondered how this 7-4 center would handle an increased workload after averaging just 19 minutes a year ago, but Edey has responded with historic numbers. After averaging 14.4 points and 7.7 rebounds last season as a sophomore, Edey — in a little over 12 more minutes per game — is averaging an astronomical 22.1 points and 13.1 rebounds as a junior. He’s had six games this season with at least 25 points and 15 rebounds.
