College basketball is going to get its highly anticipated rematch.
UCLA and Gonzaga have finalized an agreement that would set up a neutral site game at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Nov. 23rd, multiple sources told College Hoops Today.
Each team is expected to play a game against a mid-major opponent one day prior on Nov. 22nd.
The two mid-major programs would then play each other on Nov. 23rd.
The Bulldogs and Bruins played one of the best games in college basketball history in last season’s Final Four, which was won in overtime by Gonzaga thanks to Jalen Suggs’ half court buzzer beater.
Gonzaga and UCLA are ranked first and second respectively in the ROTHSTEIN 45.
UPDATE: CBSSports.com is reporting that Bellarmine and Central Michigan are the two mid-major teams in this event.
