Arizona is expected Gonzaga’s Tommy Lloyd as its next head basketball coach, according to multiple sources with knowledge of the situation.
An official announcement is expected soon.
Lloyd will replaced Sean Miller, who the school parted ways with last week after 12 seasons.
The 46-year old Lloyd has been instrumental in helping the Bulldogs become a national power and has earned a reputation as the game’s top international recruiter.
Lloyd has never been a head coach before.
